We source our raw material after getting it confirmed on the basis of Mill Test certificate provided by traders at the time of dispatch. Our store department conducts chemical analysis of all the material and then sends it for production.

The motors sourced by us are received with electrical data sheet provided by manufacturer and are checked on the following parameters by our in-house testing facility:

• Power of motor

Also, we conduct quality and other evaluation tests for the traders and manufacturers we supply our range to. We check the performance of our traders in terms of general trader evaluation report on a bi-annual basis. In addition, our QC engineers monitor the drawing and instruction modules that are provided to the manufacturers. The manufacturers are bound to use calibrated instruments and provide dimensional report of the component at the time of dispatch which is constantly monitored by QC engineer.

The testing techniques employed by us includes highly sophisticated test bench for the volumetric calibration of dosing pump that is equipped with the following:
